Two new occupiers were signed have signed a prelet at Kier Property and Test Valley Borough Council’s industrial scheme Blueprint in Andover, Hampshire.
Electronics manufacturer Custom Interconnect is taking 33,965 sq ft, while IT firm Amasys will move into a 27,580 sq ft facility after growing out of its existing base in Langley, near Slough.
Dan Rawlings, director of industrial & logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton which advised the landlords, said: “This fortifies the decision by Kier and Test Valley Borough Council to speculatively build out these units and is a testament to all of the team involved to secure two prelets which are uncommon.”
