Redrow signs Deal for £69m Kent development
Housebuilder Redrow has acquired a 13.8-acre site in Deal, Kent, with planning consent to develop 153 homes.
The site was acquired for an undisclosed sum from Quinn Estates and is located on the north-western edge of Deal.
The proposals will provide a range of two- to five-bedroom homes, 103 of which are for private sale, with a further 50 as affordable homes. The scheme has a total GDV of £69m.

Through S106 agreement, Redrow is set to contribute more than £1.5m towards local services, including education, health provision, waste management and community facilities.
The site includes more than 2 acres of green space. An existing skateboard park will be retained.
