Noatum takes space at Symmetry Park Biggleswade
Noatum Logistics has agreed a letting on the largest facility to be delivered as part of the second phase of Symmetry Park, Biggleswade.
The firm has signed a 15-year lease on 230,000 sq ft of space two months before practical completion. The facility is linked to the new 2MW energy centre, which has been installed on site.
Nick Hawkins of Noatum Logistics said: “This new facility meets our requirements in terms of location, quality of build, and from a sustainability perspective. The energy centre was an attractive proposition for us and will help us to continually improve the energy efficiency of our operations.”

Overall, the second phase of the park is 60% prelet, leaving just two buildings of 75,000 sq ft and 160,000 sq ft available. Phase one consists of a prelet to Co-operative Group for a new 661,000 sq ft regional distribution centre which became operational in early-2022.
The park is being delivered by Tritax Symmetry, with a wider project team including Readie Construction, Savills, Feasibility, AJA Architects, Dunwoody, Hydrock and Woods Hardwick.
Colliers and Bidwells are joint letting agents for the scheme.
Gordon Reynolds at Cushman & Wakefield advised Noatum on the deal.
