Previously, Swaab was at Savills, where he was director and head of country sales in Cheltenham for the past eight years. Before that, he held other senior positions at Jackson-Stops & Staff and SevenCapital.
Swaab originally started his career at Knight Frank in 2004, where he was a partner and office head in the country department covering the Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire regions.
He was promoted in 2011 to director of international residential sales in the Middle East, being based in Knight Frank’s Dubai office and leading on local and international sales across key markets including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles and Geneva.
Mark Evans, head of regional residential development and investment at Knight Frank, said Swaab’s “knowledge and insight of the residential market is unparalleled, and he will bring a unique perspective to the team.”
