IPUT adds Allianz Europe CEO to board
Allianz Real Estate’s Europe chief executive has joined the board of Ireland’s IPUT as it looks to expand.
Annette Kröger will take up the post of non-executive director with effect from 1 October.
Her experience in Europe is seen as instrumental for the growth of IPUT, which is one of the largest commercial property owners in and around Dublin.

Her experience in Europe is seen as instrumental for the growth of IPUT, which is one of the largest commercial property owners in and around Dublin.
Chair John Mulcahy said: “Annette brings a wealth of expertise to our board. Her experience in the European real estate market will be invaluable as we continue to build on IPUT’s position as Ireland’s leading developer, owner and manager of prime real estate.”
Kröger, who runs Europe for the $90bn (£84bn) AUM firm, has a 20-year career in real estate. Prior to joining Allianz in 2009, she worked for Goldman Sachs in the real estate division.
IPUT chief executive Niall Gaffney added: “We are pleased to welcome a director of Annette’s calibre to IPUT. We look forward to the strategic insight she can bring to our business as we continue to deliver on our build-to-core strategy, regenerate our office portfolio and build Ireland’s leading logistics portfolio.”
