Oxford music venue to become hotel

Z Hotel is to turn Oxford’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre, which has more recently been used as a live music venue, into a 130-bedroom hotel.

The 14,000 sq ft site, located at 10, 10a and 10b Littlegate Street, is a grade I listed building. It will be partially demolished and redeveloped into the new Z Hotel.

The Oxford Deaf and Hard of Hearing Centre has been vacant since 2020, but is known locally as a popular music venue.
