Thumbs up for UK’s first Plastic Park

Peel NRE, a part of Peel L&P, is to develop a £165m recycling facility at Protos, the energy and resource hub near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. The plans for the UK’s first Plastic Park were unanimously approved by Cheshire West and Chester Council. The project will also see the development of a hydrogen refuelling station. Peel NRE now plans to work with potential operators to bring forward construction on site.
