Railpen appoints new asset and development manager

Investment manager Railpen has hired of Maria Averkina as asset and development manager. Averkina will manage and devise bespoke development strategies across Railpen’s diverse portfolio, which includes more than £37bn AUM across several pension schemes. She joins from British Land, where she worked as an analyst before moving into the development team.
