Janes Defence has taken 9,943 sq ft of workspace at CEG’s newly refurbished office building in Croydon, south London.
The 70,000 sq ft building at 69 Park Lane recently underwent a £10m refurbishment, adding new glazing, air conditioning and on-site amenities, including a gym.
The defence intelligence firm has signed a 10-year lease for the entire second floor at £36 per sq ft.
Bray Fox Smith and Hanover Green acted for CEG; Martin Burke Associates acted for Janes Defence.
Chris Light, chief financial officer at Janes, said: “As a business we are calling this the transformational year and this move is definitely part of that.”
