Cushman & Wakefield expands EMEA services offering

Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services arm has launched operational asset management solutions in EMEA to complement its existing property management, ESG, placemaking and related services. Damien Revon, who was previously the company’s head of asset services in France, has taken responsibility for the operational asset management solutions offer. The new service is set to deliver operational asset management solutions for investor clients, including due diligence support, business plan development, capex and tenant improvement management, capital investment, ESG strategy and implementation, lease strategy and tenant negotiation.
