Deloitte is exiting another of its buildings at its New Street Square campus, EC4, after deciding that hybrid working is here to stay.
Earlier his month the accountancy and consulting firm renewed a lease for two of its buildings, totalling 485,000 sq ft. But it now appears to be cutting its office space in the capital by more than a third, by abandoning the 185,000 sq ft Hill House nearby.
The firm’s exit from Hill House follows its decision last year not to reopen another of its four New Street Square offices after pandemic lockdowns. It also closed its two-floor digital hub in Clerkenwell last summer.
