Helical has appointed Richard Cotton, a former head of real estate at JP Morgan Cazenove, as its non-executive chairman designate.
Cotton, who has been a non-exec at the company since 2016 and senior independent director since 2018, will take the post at Helical’s AGM in July, when Richard Grant steps down from the role.
In turn, Sue Clayton, a former managing director of CBRE’s capital markets team, will take on Cotton’s role as senior independent director.
