Furniture and homewares retailer Dunelm has reported strong sales and record half-year profit, giving it confidence in future growth.
Dunelm posted a 10.6% rise in sales to £795.6m during the 26 weeks to 25 December 2021, with pretax profit up by 25% from £112.4m to £140.8m.
The retailer said recent trading had been encouraging and that annual profit would be in line with its upgraded expectations.
