TfL wins Cockfosters BTR consent

Transport for London and Grainger have secured consent to build 351 build-to-rent flats at Cockfosters Tube station in north London.

The Connected Living London partnership won approval at Enfield Council’s planning committee on 3 February.

The scheme includes 40% affordable housing and 43,000 sq ft of green space, with the flats in towers of up to 14 storeys to replace the car park on the 3.4-acre site.
