M7 plans March date for Bridgewater Place listing

M7 Real Estate is pushing ahead with the flotation of Bridgewater Place in Leeds, which it acquired from Marick Real Estate in 2020 for £84.5m. M7 plans to list the property on the International Property Securities Exchange, and has set a target admission date in March. Richard Croft, executive chairman of M7 Real Estate, said: “Following the successful listing of the Mailbox REIT and the M7 Regional E-Warehouse REIT on IPSX last year, our aim is now to build on that momentum early in 2022 with a third listing on the new exchange.” Bridgewater Place is the tallest building in Yorkshire and comprises 234,000 sq ft of grade-A office space.
