The former head of real estate at Schroders has joined Belgian developer Immobel Group to lead its new investment management business.
Duncan Owen has been named chief executive of London-based Immobel Capital Partners, which will focus on the office and residential sectors in the UK and continental Europe.
The new company will invest money on behalf of the Immobel group balance sheet as well as third-party investors.
