Overall, Manchester Science Park is targeting growth to 1m sq ft, and is set to provide 91,000 sq ft workspace.
Joshua Whiteley, head of commercial for Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester, said: “Construction of Base is quickly progressing and is on target to open in spring next year.
“Base will become a new specialist hub for Manchester, building on the region’s internationally recognised tech and manufacturing cluster.”
