The hybrid application to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation includes detailed plans for a 55-storey tower of 461 flats and an 18-storey co-living block of 384 studios.
Outline consent is sought for two 50-storey towers and a six-storey building providing a further 864 homes. An 18-storey tower will offer 188,000 sq ft of office space, with a 16-storey building dedicated to 260 hotel beds or a further 125,000 sq ft of office.
Overall the plans provide 35% affordable housing, with additional community space and a 1.8-acre public park.
Imperial announced Frame RE as development manager for the 4.5-acre site in May. The partners have spent the past six months consulting on designs from architects Pilbrow and Partners.
The site has an existing consent for a 1m sq ft scheme comprising 764 flats, 16,000 sq ft of office space and 33,000 sq ft of retail and leisure spread across eight buildings, ranging in height from six to 32 storeys.
