CBRE reveals new London headquarters after revamp
CBRE has today unveiled its new UK headquarters at Henrietta House, W1, following a significant redevelopment at the site.
The new office, drawn up by architects at MoreySmith, is designed to accommodate agile working patterns and focuses on “wellbeing, collaboration and productivity”, the agency said.
CBRE has occupied Henrietta House since 2011 and under the terms of a new lease extension to 2036, landlord Lazari Investments funded the redevelopment and 40,500 sq ft extension of the building, bringing the total footprint to 144,500 sq ft to house around 2,000 workers.

The revamped HQ includes an employee café, training facilities, a library, returning new parent facilities and a pitching suite.
A new ground-floor entrance and reception area will include a new client lounge for visitors, while the installation of a two-storey retail facade faces onto Henrietta Place, Welbeck Street and Wimpole Street.
Staff from more than 20 different CBRE teams pitched in to advise on the project, including employees from planning, advisory and transaction, ESG and sustainability, digital strategy, project management and occupier workplace strategy.
Ciaran Bird, chief executive of CBRE UK & Ireland, said the office would give the agency “a significant advantage in the war for talent and retention”.
“This landmark project was driven by our desire to create the optimum workplace experience for our people,” he added.
Nicholas Lazari, director of Lazari Investments, said: “This forward-thinking workspace maintains our long-term vision for the building, set within our immediate 2.2-acre Wigmore Street Estate.
“It will set an exacting standard and template for future developments within the wider Lazari 3.2m sq ft portfolio.”
