His hire comes as current managing director Adam Dakin and asset director Graeme Hunter transition to part-time roles over the course of next year.
Robson, who was previously Workspace’s asset management director, will oversee the Arch Company’s estate of around 3,800 customers, two-thirds of which are based in London.
He said: “I am excited to be joining the Arch Company at this time, as it invests £200m into bringing 1,000 derelict and empty railway arches into use over the next decade.”
Hunter added: “Craig and John will be excellent leaders in an already strong team here at the Arch Company and will steer the company as it continues to evolve.”
The Arch Company is a joint venture between real estate companies Telereal Trillium and Blackstone Property Partners. It was established in 2019 following the sale of Network Rail’s commercial estate business in England and Wales.
