RICS chief people officer exits in Levitt report aftermath
RICS chief people officer Marina Kilcline has left the organisation, with former HR boss Kay Meredith stepping into the role on an interim basis.
Kilcline, who stood down last week, was part of the leadership team involved in the governance crisis. She had remained at the organisation in the weeks after Alison Levitt’s damning report was published.
Separately, the general counsel mentioned in the Levitt report is still employed at the institution. It is understood that she is on extended sick leave.

Former chief operating officer Violetta Parylo left in June, while interim governing council chair Chris Brooke and audit committee chair Amit Shah departed after reaching the end of their respective terms.
Richard Collins, executive director of the profession at the RICS, was appointed as interim chief executive earlier this month.
CBRE’s Nick Maclean has been formally appointed to the role of interim chair of governing council, while Savills director Isobel O’Regan has been named as interim chair of the management board.
