Urban Land Institute exec director departs

The Urban Land Institute’s UK executive director, Sarah Musgrove, is leaving the membership association just a year after she was appointed to the role. Musgrove joined ULI in September last year from build-to-rent operator Greystar, where she was a senior director. The non-profit research organisation has now begun the process of recruiting her replacement, according to a job posting on LinkedIn. It is searching for a “full-time executive director” based in London to “lead ULI’s continuous growth and development in the UK”. The new hire’s remit includes developing and executing a programme of activities addressing development issues and land policies, business development, communications, operations and stakeholder relationship management.
