Resi Talks: What next for planning, policy and reform

LISTEN: A year after prime minister Boris Johnson and housing secretary Robert Jenrick proposed the biggest ever shake-up to the planning system, the industry awaits the final Planning Bill.

EG residential editor Emma Rosser is joined by Ian Fletcher, director of real estate policy at the British Property Federation, and Victoria Hills, chief executive of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
