Commenting on the lettings, Jonny Perkins, retail asset manager at LabTech, said: “Our vision for Hawley Wharf Camden is to create a complete ecosystem where Londoners and visitors from near and afar can come to work, live and play.
“The retail offer among our estates across Camden has always been unique and different, so it is our duty to the London community to ensure a dynamic retail mix for Hawley Wharf which creates a whole new destination in Camden. This selection of retailers does exactly that for Hawley Wharf Camden.”
Bordered by Chalk Farm Road to the west and Regent’s Canal to the east, Hawley Wharf Camden’s canal-side development is set to be a major addition to LabTech’s Camden Market portfolio.
The wharf includes nearly 200 new homes, 60 places to eat – with two new rooftop restaurants – and more than 150 shops and new co-working offices. Other features will include a farmers’ market and a Curzon cinema.
