Morgan Stanley buys science park building for £50.1m

Morgan Stanley has bought 101 Cambridge Science Park from a client of LaSalle Investment Management for £50.1m. Arranged over three floors, the 79,990 sq ft office building is let to companies including Citrix, Huawei and Grant Thornton. The building has a Very Good BREEAM rating and solar panels on the roof as well as amenities such as bike storage, showers and 13 electric car charging points.
