Bruntwood has collected 85% of June rents and has said it will continue to offer support to tenants where it is needed.
The offices and science-space landlord said the collection rates were consistent with previous quarters. So far, 95% of March rents and 98% of December rents have been collected. Vacancy levels were at 9.9%.
Bruntwood boss Chris Oglesby said: “We will continue to work closely with all customers and where support is required we will seek to reach a fair solution for everyone.”
