A former Berry Bros & Rudd wine cellar in the heart of one of London’s biggest regeneration areas has been sold for £9.25m.
The 21,000 sq ft industrial and office building at 24-34 Ingate Place, SW8, was snapped up by Capital Industrial, after a fiercely competitive bidding process.
The plot was marketed by Montagu Evans for a private client as a development opportunity, and sits at the heart of the Vauxhall-Nine Elms-Battersea Opportunity Area, between Queenstown Road station and the Battersea bus garage. Knight Frank advised Capital Industrial.
