Orchard Street secures trio of tenants at Farringdon office
Landlord Orchard Street has signed three new tenants at its recently refurbished office building at 75 Farringdon Road, EC1.
Interior design brand König + Neurath has agreed to take around 4,500 sq ft across the ground and lower ground floors on a 10-year lease at a blended rent of £44.60 per sq ft.

Interior design brand König + Neurath has agreed to take around 4,500 sq ft across the ground and lower ground floors on a 10-year lease at a blended rent of £44.60 per sq ft.
Life sciences advisory firm Red Nucleus has signed for around 3,200 sq ft on the fourth floor on a three-year lease at a headline rent of £72.50 per sq ft.
And computer advisory firm Netstar has taken around 3,200 sq ft on the fifth floor on a five-year lease at a headline rent of £70 per sq ft.
The deals mean that the City fringe block is more than 60% let following its extensive back-to-frame refurbishment. This included adding an additional floor and two new roof terraces.
The new occupiers will join international law firm Milberg London and life sciences consulting firm Blue Matter on the tenant roster at the 25,000 sq ft building.
