In February, EG reported that Australian Bank Macquarie was gearing up for its first UK BTR investment, working with Essential Living founders Martin Bellinger and Darryl Flay.
The pair started one the first BTR specialist platforms back in 2011. A decade later their new venture aims to raise and deploy £1bn in this fast growing market. This week, that venture officially launched under the new brand Goodstone Living.
