CBRE poaches Grainger’s investment director
CBRE has hired Grainger’s investment director Andrew Saunderson to lead its residential capital markets in the UK.
Saunderson has been at Grainger for two decades. He is a member of the executive committee and the group’s representative on the BPF residential committee.
Prior to joining Grainger, he qualified as a chartered surveyor at Allsop.

Saunderson joins CBRE as executive director and head of UK residential capital markets. He will take over managing the department from Peter Burns, who is moving to a new position as transactional lead, securing new opportunities across the wider residential business.
