Alison Levitt QC has postponed her report on an independent review into a governance row at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with publication now expected in July.
Law firm Kingsley Napley, which is supporting Levitt on the enquiry, did not provide any further explanation for the delay. The outcome of the review was initially slated for mid-June.
Levitt, of 2 Hare Court Chambers, was drafted in to lead the review after Peter Oldham QC stepped down from the role in early April.
