Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has increased its lead over second-placed CBRE in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Nottinghamshire after acting on a 20,620 sq ft industrial letting.
The deal, at Unit 23, Trent Gateway, Technology Drive, Beeston (pictured), saw a private individual take the space on an FRI lease commencing on 10 June from CH Beeston at a rent of £7.50 per sq ft, equating to £154,650 pa.
FHP has now disposed of 379,084 sq ft of premises in the year to date. Second-placed CBRE has acted on 250,747 sq ft, while the top five is rounded out by Knight Frank on 187,583, sq ft, JLL on 83,819 sq ft and Fisher German on 39,859 sq ft.
