Private equity firm buys into Salesforce Tower

Private equity firm Madison International Realty has taken a minority stake in London’s Salesforce Tower, EC2. The company completed the deal, for an undisclosed holding, through a Jersey property unit trust, joining other investors including Heron International. The tower, at 110 Bishopsgate, is home to tenants including Salesforce, and is also known for its food and beverage offerings, including Duck and Waffle and Sushi Samba at the top of the building.
