Godwin plans 700-bed scheme at Nottingham Royal Mail site

Godwin Developments has submitted plans for a 692-bed student scheme at the former Royal Mail sorting office in Nottingham city centre.

Plans for the Bendigo Building will see blocks of 12 to 15 storeys on the site, which has been vacant for almost two decades.

The scheme will comprise mainly clusters of four, five and six-bedroom flats with disabled accessible studio rooms. Amenities include a lounge area, gym, study and games room.
