Moda Living recruits trio of directors
BTR developer and operator Moda Living has appointed three new directors, as part of a large recruitment drive and expansion of the business.
Moda Living has hired Andre Bogle, Greg Bailey and Lara Rushby as project directors.
Bogle was previously commercial project director at Berkeley Homes, with previous roles at Hadley Property Group and Urbanest. Bailey was previously project director at Allied London and also worked at De Trafford and Select Property Group. Rushby was head of project management at BY Development and spent six years at Quintain.

Their appointments are part of a hiring spree of 13 new positions as Moda Living readies for expansion.
The company has also hired development, architecture and financial roles and a new general manager for its Edinburgh site. Moda Living has more than £1bn in BTR across the UK and a pipeline of around 8,000 homes.
