Big Yellow Group has appointed Michael O’Donnell as non-executive director from September.
O’Donnell is the former managing director of private equity firm LGV capital. He is an investor and adviser with a focus on healthcare and business and held previous non-executive roles at Helical.
He will sit on Big Yellow’s audit, remuneration, sustainability and nomination committees.
