Supermarket Income REIT has increased the target size of its latest equity fundraise to £150m from £100m.
The company said the decision was made on the back of a “strong level of support” from potential investors in the deal as well as its investment adviser’s expectations of closing upcoming acquisitions, including the purchase of new takeover targets since the marketing roadshow began.
Announcing the fundraising earlier this month, the company said it was in negotiations on four properties with a combined value of £230m, with a pipeline of nine further assets valued at £184m.
