LabTech hires CBRE leasing agent for Hawley Wharf
Investment company LabTech has hired CBRE central London retail leasing agent Jonny Perkins as retail asset manager for its Hawley Wharf Camden development.
Perkins spent six years at CBRE, where he advised institutional and private landlords, including the Crown Estate, Great Portland Estates, M&G, Sirosa, and CBRE GI, on their retail and leisure strategies.
The first phase of LabTech’s 580,000 sq ft Hawley Wharf Camden development, on Chalk Farm Road, is expected to launch later this year.

The first phase of LabTech’s 580,000 sq ft Hawley Wharf Camden development, on Chalk Farm Road, is expected to launch later this year.
It will provide 150 independent and branded shops, more than 60 food and beverage offers, 195 flats, and 60,000 sq ft of co-working space operated by Labs.

LabTech owns and manages more than 2.2m sq ft of real estate across Camden, Holborn and King’s Cross.
