Split across two buildings, the scheme is expected to be complete in the summer of 2023. More than half of the accommodation has been forward-sold off plan at more than £75m.
Don O’Sullivan, chief executive of Galliard Homes, said: “TCRW Soho is an example of a best practice residential-led regeneration project located above this 21st century, new entrance to a key central London transport interchange, giving the homeowners doorstep access to the West End and Soho.”
Savills acted for Transport for London on the transaction, which was agreed in 2019.
