Flexible office provider Fora launches new West End space
Flexible working company Fora is targeting an increase in the use of flexible office space as the UK emerges from the coronavirus pandemic, with the opening of a new site in the West End this summer.
The nearly 20,500 sq ft site, in Wells Mews, W1, will be set across six floors and is designed to lure workers back to the workplace with its focus on “quality over quantity”, according to co-founder Enrico Sanna.
It will feature an entire floor devoted to wellbeing, a gym, and numerous breakout spaces tailored specifically to enterprise occupiers.

Since launching in 2017, Fora has opened 13 workspaces across London and Reading used by companies including Nike, Sony and Dropbox.
Sanna told EG he hoped to capitalise on the growing popularity of such spaces, as more occupiers turn to hybrid working arrangements amid the uncertainty over the future of traditional offices brought about by the pandemic.
“We’re very excited about a post-pandemic world, because now both occupiers and landlords realise that it takes more than a desk to bring people back to the office,” he said.
It is the latest move in an investment drive from the company, which has six further spaces in the pipeline, as well as confirming plans to expand internationally in the coming years.
“As a space that has been created during Covid-19, we have designed a unique offering that is tailored for today’s workforce and their increased needs for an agile model,” Sanna added.
“Fora is ambitiously growing its footprint into 2021, and we look forward to opening the doors to our latest London space, Wells Mews, in the coming months.”
