Secure Income REIT management team boosts investment
Secure Income REIT’s management team has invested a further £5.3m into the firm.
The team made the investment by buying out a retiring non-executive director who held stakes in Prestbury, which manages the REIT.
The Prestbury entities are now wholly owned by Nick Leslau (pictured), Mike Brown, Sandy Gumm, Tim Evans and Ben Walford, increasing their effective interests in Secure Income REIT by 1,994,290 shares.

The Prestbury entities are now wholly owned by Nick Leslau (pictured), Mike Brown, Sandy Gumm, Tim Evans and Ben Walford, increasing their effective interests in Secure Income REIT by 1,994,290 shares.
Leslau’s shares held directly and indirectly in the REIT increased by 2.9% to 31,039,459, Brown’s by 7.8% to 4,611,750, Gumm’s by 9.6% to 1,924,355 and other management team members by just under 2.2% to 2,019,591.
However, the total ownership of Secure Income REIT’s shares by the management entities is unchanged at a combined 40,164,756 (12.4%) of the REIT’s issued share capital.
