The partners have lodged plans for 315 homes, with 52.6% affordable housing, in phase three of the regeneration. Proposals comprise two main buildings, with seven blocks of up to 12 storeys in height with a restaurant and gym, built around the Millennium Green park.
Separately, Swan Housing has completed a £22m build-to-rent deal with Linq Housing, backed by debt finance from M&G Investments. It will see Linq acquire 40 homes at the development, in its third scheme to date.
