Clearbell Capital fund has submitted a reserved matters application for the first phase redevelopment of a 33-acre industrial site in Maidstone, Kent.
The Clearbell Property Partners III LP fund acquired the site for £5m in June. It came with outline planning for a 489,000 sq ft business park consisting of industrial units with some office space.
Nick Berry, partner at Clearbell Capital, said: “Industrial and logistics space has been highly sought after since the outbreak of the pandemic. We hope we are soon able to start work on the site and develop a well-located business park that can help satisfy the demand for space of this nature in the South East.”
