Oxygen appoints Workman’s Welcome to manage two City office blocks
Oxygen Asset Management has appointed Workman’s office property management arm Welcome to manage two buildings in the City of London.
The business will take on the care of 90 Queen Street, EC4, and 30 Gresham Street, EC2.
The office buildings provide a combined 456,000 sq ft to tenants including Italian bank Banca Intesa, German bank Commerzbank and Investec, according to Radius Data Exchange.

Launched in 2018 Welcome now manages more than 5m sq ft of office space in the City.
