Bracing for 1bn sq ft: What R&L lease expiries could mean for landlords

On this week’s We’re Still Here podcast, host Emily Wright is joined by EG’s head of retail and industrial research James Child, as EG analysis reveals that a flood of lease expiries over the next five years could see close to 1bn sq ft of space back on the market.
