Burnett joins TOG following eight years at C&W, with five of those spent as partner and head of the UK transaction management team.
The news comes after TOG secured several leases with corporates, including bp, GSK and Ocado. The firm aims to expand its portfolio across the UK and Germany.
Charlie Green, co-founder and co-chief executive, said: “The industry has undoubtedly felt the effects of the pandemic but moving forward, there is a real opportunity for flex spaces to come to the fore like never before as companies seek a more agile approach.
“Alex is one of the best in his field and will absolutely help us to continue to innovate as we adapt to the current climate.”
