Volvo Cars UK has prelet 17,000 sq ft of space at St Francis Group and iSec’s Horizon38 scheme in North Bristol, to set up a car dealership site.
Volvo will join tenants including GKN Aerospace, Sytner’s Car Shop and Selco Trade Centre on the 400,000 sq ft industrial warehouse development, which used to be a former Rolls-Royce factory.
In a statement, St Francis Group said: “In these unprecedented times it is very pleasing so be able to make an announcement like this. Volvo and all other project stakeholders have shown a huge can-do attitude to ensure that this deal was done, and we’ll be starting on site very shortly.”
