TfL and Grainger gain approval for Southall BTR scheme

Transport for London’s partnership with Grainger has secured consent for 460 new build-to-rent homes in Southall, west London.

The scheme will comprise 40% affordable housing across five buildings. It is the first of four developments proposed by the joint venture, called Connected Living London, that have been submitted for planning.

The 1.16-acre site is located close to Southall station and is currently used for storage and associated Elizabeth Line works.
