Strang joins from logistics specialist Clarion Partners Europe where he was a vice president and focused on finding, underwriting and completing property deals across Europe.
Prior to joining Clarion, Strang was at JP Morgan for nearly two years working in its investment banking division specialising in industrials.
Arvi Luoma, co-founder and chief executive of Blackbrook, said: “We consider ourselves fortunate to have attracted Jon to our firm. His significant experience in net lease transactions, his specialism in the industrial and logistics sector, and his geographic market background made him an ideal candidate to join Blackbrook.”
