The Greater London Authority has approved Keystone and GLA Property’s £3bn Silvertown regeneration at Thameside West, E16.
It will see 5,000 homes – 1,700 of which will be affordable – more than 200,000 sq ft of workspace, 75,000 sq ft of retail and 5.7 acres of public open space in the Royal Docks.
The decision was taken by deputy mayor for planning Jules Pipe at a public hearing on 5 August.
